We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@doggonecrazy.co.uk. To help us evaluate the issue, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase and, in case of damage, a photo or video of the item.
Simplified Resolution To make things easier for you, in most cases you do not need to send the product back to us. If your refund is approved due to a defect or dissatisfaction, we will process your money back without the hassle of international shipping. This way, your dog can keep the toy, and you get your money back.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like perishable goods, custom products, or personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
